Design firm Charming Design has just completed a $100,000 renovation of its home in Brooklyn.
According to a post on the company’s website, the home will be used as a studio, a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a guest bedroom.
The house is being sold to a local developer and the renovation is slated to begin in October.
According a post by Charming, the entire project cost $140,000.
The company’s designers will be working with a group of professional designers and interior designers.
The home will also include a spa, a fitness center, a movie theater, and even a bar.
“It’s going to be a place that’s beautiful and it’s going for the best in what you can do,” Charming co-founder Alex Lusby told Mashable.
The project, Lusbys first, was completed in February.
Charming is based in New York City.
Chasing the dream of a studio in the city has been a constant for the designers.
“We were just on the hunt for something to do when we saw that the Brooklyn area was booming,” Lusbys co-creator Daniel Tannenbaum told Mashables.
“There were so many places to live and we wanted to go for the experience, so we wanted a place to stay.”
Lusbrys cofounder Daniel TANNENBAUM, co-designer of Charming design firm in NYC, shares a moment with clients in the office.
He says he feels inspired by his clients and that they have the power to do great things in the world.
(Daniel Tannenberg/Charming Design) Charming was created in December 2014 by Daniel Tannibaum, a former journalist and a creative director at Design Week magazine, who said his wife had recently moved to the city from the Midwest and wanted a studio.
The studio is located on the first floor of an apartment building on East 47th Street in the Flatiron District.
The owners of the apartment have been trying to raise the $100k for renovations and a home on the Lower East Side since last year.
“As the number of studios in the Lower Manhattan area has exploded, there are so many amazing ideas that are out there,” Tanniabes co-owner, Lina Salinas, told Mashably.
“A lot of people are just looking for a studio and I think that was something we could help with.”
The house’s design team is comprised of two designers, Michael Sargent and Lusabes design partner, Jessica Williams.
The team also includes three interior designers, an architect, and an illustrator.
“The inspiration for this project came from my husband’s love of design and the amazing opportunity that it offers,” Salinas said.
“Our goal is to make it a place where we can create a place in which we can build our own future together.”
Tanniabi, who is based out of Manhattan, and Williams are the co-founders of Charing Design.
“Michael and I had been living together for almost six years, we were married for three years and our daughter was born in December,” Salina told Mashups.
“And so it was just a natural fit to start thinking about where we wanted our apartment to be.
We started looking at where it could fit in a lot of different places and we came up with this space in the Flats.”
Tannaabes said they’ve had a lot more time in the last year and have built a strong relationship with the residents of the building.
The building is currently owned by The Pompano Group, which has a partnership with Charing.
Salinas also said that the space was a dream home for her when she first met Tanniabe.
“He came in a week ago and we went in and spent two days just talking,” she said.
I said, ‘OK, but we want you to know that you have a great team and I want you guys to know you have great plans.'” “
I was like: ‘We want to do this.’

The next day, Tanniabee took the team on a tour of the place.
“When we were walking into the building, it just felt like an abandoned building,” Salinos said.
But as soon as the group had walked in the front door, they found themselves in the most beautiful place they’ve ever seen.
“You know, I saw all the amazing things that people had done in there,” she continued.
“That was so special.
I was like ‘Wow, that was amazing.'”
Salinas and Tanniabis son, Joshua, who works at the company, are thrilled to be in a space with so much history and so much love. “To see it
